Wedding Terms & Conditions PAYMENT A $300.00 retainer is required to reserve the date for your wedding. The balance can be paid in installments as long as 75% of the total package is paid for before the wedding date. The remaining balance can be paid after the wedding,(please see contract) however printing and placment into the album will not begin until all payments are made. ADDITIONAL PICTURES If the wedding is paid for in total the album can be picked up withn four working days after the wedding. CANCELLATION This retainer is refundable only if 4 months notice of cancellation is given if rescheduling is required then new date and time will have to be made in consultation with us. ADDITIONAL PHOTOS Additional photos taken at the wedding, those of extended family, friends, cousins or bridal parties with extra large entourages (10 people or more) and photos at the brides place of dress are charged at $3.00 per shot(note this is for packages that donot include brides house) and will be added to your final bill. It is requested that you provide for an additional $75 to $250 for additional photos. WEDDING DURATION The basic time alloted for a wedding is 5-1/2 hours additional hours beyond this are charged at a rate of $85.00 per hour unless specified on the wedding package. ADDITIONAL PICTURES All enlargement and additional prints must be chose within 15 days of the wedding unless pecified. LATE FEES Albums not picked up within 45 days will be charged a fee of $50.00 per month there of up to three months there after we are not liable for any work. CREDIT CARDS may be used to pay for part or all of the photographic services. We accept MasterCard and Visa. ADVERTISING RIGHTS are implied and expressed by you by allowing The Portrait Studio to photograph your wedding or portraits and, it is agreed that those rights extend to reproductions for display and advertising, within the limits of good taste. This includes and extends to members of your wedding party and guests who may be present at your wedding or other social event that you may hire me to photograph. CHECKS RETURNED will result in a $30.00 service charge. PHOTOS TAKEN AT THE WEDDING The wedding can be divided in various smaller segments, these iclude: * Pre-ceremony (Brides place of dress) * Ceremony * Garden * Reception Each segment may have sub-segments as listed below. Pre-Ceremony- Brides Place of Dress Bride - Bride alone, Bride with rings, Bride with flowers, Bride with various props, Bride with each bridesmaid and attendant. Bride with Mother & Family if present, Bride with group of bridesmaids & then entire entourage.All shots are head & shoulder and or full length. Groom - Groom alone, Groom with each groomsmen, Groom with group, Groom with parents, all shots are head & shoulder and or full length- These photos are often taken at the church. Ceremony Processional - Each member of bridal party escourted up the aisle, soloist, readers, ministers, congregation, candid portraits of bride & groom, photos of parents, grandparents, etc Marriage Ceremony -lighting of the unity candles, exchange of vows, exchange of rings, intimate glances at each other, signing of register posed & candid - bride & groom as well as best man & maid of |
